Based under the Bortle 8 skies of Athens, I spend my nights gathering ancient light through deep sky astrophotography. The goal of YoruHikari is to bridge scientific observation and visual storytelling, revealing the structures of our universe that the human eye cannot see alone.
This project is built around practical deep sky imaging from Greece, including the realities of urban skies, equipment tradeoffs, and long exposure planning.
Every major section is designed to connect finished astrophotography images with the gear, capture settings, and processing choices behind them.
Beyond publishing images, the site aims to grow into a durable astronomy resource with useful technical context, readable storytelling, and clear educational value.
